Join us for an empowering exploration from the ground up. Experience Therapeutic Yoga techniques, including somatic mobility exercises, myofascial release using balls and rollers, and targeted stretching for your lower body, supporting from the feet to low back. You’ll also learn breathing and relaxation techniques, along with mudras, to release tension and create more space in your body, mind and heart.
