Whether you're a former athlete looking for a low-commitment return, a cheer parent curious to try it out and get in shape, a dancer wanting to explore something new, or just ready to step out of your comfort zone—this is the team for you!

Over 12 weeks, we’ll cover cheer fundamentals like motions, jumps, stunting, and dance. Got tumbling skills? Bring them too! Practices are just 2 hours a week, ending with a performance at our gym showcase Seaworthy. Open to all abilities—join the fun!
