Come, join us to experience meditation as a path to feel more at home within yourself. In this gathering, we will explore techniques to nourish ourselves and access inner resources to help us move through the world with greater ease.
We will use:
•Gentle movement to open the body
•Pranayama to tune our energy
•Mantra to immerse in vibrational radiance
•Guided awareness to embody the experience
•& space for inner exploration
We will complete the evening with self-reflection and connection with one another.
When we meditate as a group, our individual energy weaves together, amplifies, and creates a supportive atmosphere allowing us to deepen into the meditative experience. Whether you're new to meditation or have a daily Sadhana, this offering welcomes everyone.
