Experiencing a Sound Bath during a Full Moon is a potent time to release what no longer serves and to manifest your hearts deepest desires! A Sound Bath is a full body meditative experience where one is immersed in deep sound vibrations through resonate sounds from instruments which include crystal singing bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, chimes and various other instruments. The frequencies from the instruments wash over ones entire being and can bring one to a theta brain wave where deep healing and transformation can take place.
