Dharma Dance is a soulful gathering that weaves togther conscious breathwork, intuitive movement, and the wisdom of Dharma teachings. As you listen to a live or recorded Dharma talk, you'll be gently invited to explore your body's natural rhythm–allowing your inner wisdom to move you freley, without judgement or expectation. 

As the music quiets and the dance winds down, we return to silence. Together, we rest in still presence-rooted, open, and at peace.
