Every summer, the Lion's Gate Portal is activated when the star Sirius comes into alignment with Earth, while the Sun is in Leo. This happens from July 26th - August 12th.

Sirius is the brightest star in Earth's night sky and is known as our Spiritual Sun. It carries wisdom and transmits energy that’s available for us to tap into during this window.

In this workshop you’ll learn how to utilize the energies of the Lion’s Gate Portal through visualization, movement, mediation, breathwork and vibration therapy. This is a Kundalini Yoga workshop, but no prior experience is necessary. Leave feeling bright, clear and cosmically connected!
