Qigong for Vitality and Balance is a whole-body practice designed to support the healthy flow of Qi (life-force energy) throughout the body’s systems, organs, and meridians.
Through gentle flowing movement, breathwork, tapping, and brief meditations, we’ll work to clear stagnation, nourish the body’s essential energy, and support harmony across all five elements that govern physical, emotional, and energetic health.
Benefits include:

Savitri Cole is an instructor of the 5-Element (Wuxing) Qigong tradition, a certified RYT-200 Ashtanga and Kripalu Yoga instructor, and wellness coach. Her journey into Eastern wisdom traditions and practices began in 2006, and quickly became the cornerstone of her life. Her Qigong classes and workshops are inspired by the teachings of Qigong masters Lee Holden, Marisa Cranfill, and Mimi Kuo-Deemer. Her passion is sharing Qigong with communities—supporting peace, well-being, and a sense of healing joy. Her offerings are inviting and inclusive, and welcome all levels of experience.
