Join Diana Moore (E-RYT 500) on this moderate hike at Marjorie Swope Park.
We will hike 0.7 miles to the top of Jerry Hill, where we will lay out our mats and enjoy an all-levels yoga flow and meditation overlooking Penacook Lake.
This 1.4-mile loop hike is labeled moderate with 291ft of elevation gain.
Please come prepared with proper hiking shoes, water, and a yoga mat. 
Plan to arrive a few minutes early, meeting in the parking lot by 9 am.

 

Diana Moore (E-Ryt 500) has been teaching yoga since 2014.
She is also an excursions leader for the Appalachian Mountain Club, where she leads hikes in all four seasons, flatwater recreational paddling, and regularly instructs at the Cardigan Mountain Winter and Spring Schools.
