Join us on early Thanksgiving morning before the frenzy of the day to stop and appreciate all that we have and all that we love. 

Bring something to place on the altar while we practice so that it can take in the vibration of our gratitude. This can be a picture, a stone, or anything that represents gratitude for you (you will take it home with you when we are done). You are also welcome to bring a journal to write down your ideas for gratitude.
