This 90-minute experience blends the therapy of Chinese medicine with Yin yoga and a relaxing Sound Bath.

Spend 60-minutes learning about Meridians, the elements, and using a guasha tool for self-assistance (which you get to keep and take home).

During this time you'll also be guided through gentle Yin poses that align with the Meridians, while Tina and Larissa provide gentle hands-on Acupressure.

The final 30-minutes will be a soothing Sound Bath provided by Larissa. 

This practice is suitable for complete beginners and for seasoned yogis who are looking for a complete release for the body and mind.
