Join Nora & Melissa for a sacred gathering to awaken the power within you through breathwork, movement, vocal expression, feminine embodiment, and cacao medicine—held in sisterhood.

Wear: Comfortable/yoga clothing
Expect: Breathwork, voice, movement, cacao, ritual, lunar wisdom, and deep connection.

This is a gentle but potentially deep experience. Breathwork and emotional release may not be suitable for everyone.

What to wear and bring

• Wear comfortable clothing

• A thick warm blanket to cover yourself

• A single or queen sized flat sheet to lay on, on top of our beds provided (beds are 200 cm x 80 cm)

• Optional Items:

  • A water bottle

  • A journal

  • Eye pillow

  • Thick warm socks - this is highly recommended

  • Anything else that will make you more comfortable

We understand that sometimes you may forget to bring your props. If this is the case, $5 will be payable in-studio so we can lend you a flat sheet and blanket.

Please note:

• Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to class to allow plenty of time to get settled in as doors will shut strictly on time. We do not allow a buffer as guests need to come in 5-10 minutes prior to set up their pods so that the experience can start right on time. Please understand that if you arrive late, the doors may be locked due to this reason as we have commenced the session and cannot interrupt it midway.

• Due to limited available spots, ticket costs are non-refundable but are transferrable to others for the same event.

• Please cancel via the Mirosuna app or tell us in advanced if you cannot make the event as soon as you are able.
  
  
• Please let us know in advanced if you are pregnant so we can provide additional props and modify your any necessary techniques used if any. This experience is not suitable for those with a heart condition and/or epilepsy.

• We may use Palo Santo in our experiences so please check in with us before booking if you have a sensitivity to this.
