The Challenge, practice Yoga in the studio/virtual class 3x/week for 30 days. This challenge includes:
1 recorded meditation and guided breathing video with Heather weekly that you're meant to listen to in the morning.
Join Heather for a 30 day challenge where we aim to learn how to get present and stay grounded and how to get back there when we inevitably fall out again. This challenge includes weekly practie, short daily morning meditations, 4 walks and meditation sits at the river, and 4 emails sent out weekly to guide and inspire you along the way.
1 weekly email from Heather with jounral prompts to explore the principles of staying grounded and learning to let go.
1 outdoor walk/meditation at the river with Heather per week on Sunday's before class.
