We're bringing together two of life's simple pleasures: moving your body with intention and nurturing something green. The session kicks off with a 1 hour mat class perfect for the Pilates regular or trying it for the first time, you'll leave feeling accomplished and energized. 

Once we've worked up a healthy glow, the talented folks from Seedy's take over. They'll give each of you a beautiful plant to take home, along with all the insider knowledge you need to help it flourish. Even if your track record with houseplants is less than ideal, they'll set you up for success with practical guidance.
