Description
Learn how to make Medicinal teas. Extracting medicinal
components from plants takes more than a 3 minute steep we are used
to for most tea bags. We will go over the various water extraction
methods, and when and why to use each one. We will sample various
extractions, and students will make some teas to sample in class,
as well as a medicinal tea blend to take home.
A guided outdoor plant walk will be offered from 11am to
12:15pm at a site 10-15 minutes from the yoga studio, where
the potions making will take place from 12:45 to 3pm. This allows
for a short break for you to travel to the studio, have a snack,
etc.

Instructions Spéciales :
This program begins with an off-site plant walk at 11am, and the workshop resumes at 12:45 at the studio.
The plant walk location will be determined the week of the program. Please look out for an email (to the address you registered with) a couple days before the workshop, where we will outline location details and what to bring.
