Through the use of somatics, meditation, journal prompting, the Tarot and group dreamwork, Serafina will help you to call your dreams forward into your waking world to gain empowered guidance through your own inner wisdom.
After exploring the depths of your subconscious in the dreamwork workshop, Lola from the Lovebyrds will guide you through a healing sound bath, offering a sacred integration for the entire experience.
