Description
Join Optimize staff for our 4 day summer camp with 16 hours of instruction!
Each day of camp will build off of the day before. This camp is “ALL THINGS BASEBALL!!!”
With an emphasis on: hitting mechanics, throw progression, infield and outfield defense, baserunning, baseball IQ, live scrimmages and will end with a skills competition.
9:00am - 1pm June 30 - July 3, 2025

Instructions Spéciales :
All athletes must bring their own gear every day of camp. Including: glove, bat, helmet, cleats, water bottle.
It is strongly recommended that athletes wear baseball pants as we will be working on sliding within our baserunning and live situations.
Every day will include a 20min lunch break and athletes should bring a cold lunch/snack each day
