BEGINNER 1 is for students 5 and older who are new to the pool and/or are still learning basic skills.

 

Skills learned:

• Bobs
• 10 sec. back floats
• 10 sec. front floats
• Backstroke kicks
• Streamline

Students need to be proficient in these skills without the assistance of an instructor in order to pass to the next level.
