Cacao & Sound - Drum & Dance into De-lightenment

Join Heathor for an evening of Cacao, community, drumming, dancing, chanting, and good vibes! As the spirit of Cacao opens our hearts, we will tune into our primal rhythms with shamanic drums & rattles, allowing the vibrations to invite us to move & find our joy in a sacred dance with the Universe!

Shaking off the stress & trauma of daily life, we will relax into the cosmic vibrations of the mystical earth gong, singing bowls, & sounds of Mother Earth as we close with a relaxing soundbath.

Cacao is NOT an Entheogen or Hallucinogen - it is an EMPATHOGEN that gently opens the heart and encourages greater connection with your truest self & the Earth.

It is your choice that allows you to connect to the full experience.Those taking antidepressants or other serious medication should ingest less, or may experience an intense headache later.

•   Please  bring your favorite 6-8oz. mug

•   Do not eat for 2 hours prior to ceremony

•   Dress for comfort - there will be movement/dancing

•   Yoga mat suggested, but not required

•   Feel free to bring whatever you need for your “nest”:

•   Blankets, pillows, comfort stuffed animals, crystals, talismans, journals, oracle decks, etc…

•   No prior musical experience required.

•   Drums & shakers provided, or bring your own!

•   Make sure to bring plenty of water (or a bottle to fill) for during & after the ceremony.

•   Flower donations for the altar gladly & gratefully accepted!

We will begin on time and only wait a few minutes for anyone who may be late. Once we start we can't allow late arrivals to disturb the ceremony.
