Ayurvedic Tea Ritual and Soundbath

Sip, sense, and surrender. We’ll begin with a warming cup of Ayurvedic herbal tea,exploring its essence through mindful tasting—how it lingers on the tongue, settles inthe mind, and flows through the body.

In stillness, you’ll be invited to journal your reflections before drifting into a Yoga Nidra meditation, where crystal bowls and resonant tones weave a tapestry of sound. This monthly gathering is an invitation to
soften, to listen deeply, and to let the simple rituals of tea, rest, and vibration restorebalance from within.

Join Jessica Natalia, certified Ayurveda practitioner, yoga teacher and sound healer for this magical journey of several healing modalities.
