Join us for a special, two hour New Moon celebration and use the creative and momentous energy of this New Moon in Libra to alchemize your goals and desires for the coming winter months.  Led by Sofia Mileti

Enlighten Wellness, Sunday, October 19th, 6-8pm.

Class will begin with a guided meditation and focused breathwork, then will move into a creative-flow movement practice inspired by Sofia’s background in Anusara, Hatha, and Foundation Training. Then, enjoy a 40 minute, extended Sivasana while you lie in the gift of sound and allow the medicine of your intention, your breath, your movement, and the sound to form the container in which you create your brightest future. 

We will make time to share in sacred circle after the sound healing in order for participants to integrate the experience in a safe, and vulnerable space. This is an invitation to explore what’s come up during the practice and be witnessed and held by the group. Circle and integration can be as medicinal as the sound healing itself.
