The heart of this session is the 30-minute Sound Bath. Using the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, gongs, and other resonant instruments, we will immerse ourselves in waves of sound that penetrate the body and spirit. These frequencies promote deep cellular healing, balancing your energy centers and harmonizing the nervous system.
