This 5 week Yoga Beginners course is our comprehensive introduction to the foundations of Hatha Yoga, which is a total life philosophy, incorporating how we relate to external and internal eperience as a path to inner peace.
Our beginner yoga classes are slower paced than the all-levels classes and are focused on developing the essentials of yoga - chanting, Pranayama (breath control), asanas (postures), meditation and relaxation.
Suitable for beginners and returners who wish to deepen their understanding of yoga. You will learn clear alignment in foundational poses in a safe and supportive environment.
Open to all ages and ability levels. This course would equally suit anyone who has been practising yoga for a while, but would like to strengthen their knowledge and understanding.
