Do you ever find yourself fearing burnout? Resting but not restoring energy? Reacting in ways you don’t understand - like anxiety, vigilance, shutdown, people pleasing? These are often automatic responses, originally intended to help you survive.
Resilience can be yours!
In yogic theory, these are called energy blocks. In neuroscience, they may be called triggers. They can hijack your peace and your day.
This workshop will help you pull back the curtain and understand what your body is trying to teach you. Through somatic support and guided meditation, you will also have an opportunity to release old blocks and regain your inner calm.

- Sample five-minute practices, upon which you can grow your resilience
- Experience immediate release of energy.
- Experience a gentle yoga flow that will cement your insights.
You’ll feel relieved and inspired. You’ll also learn practices that you can take to your office or any place of stress. In other words, you’ll be able to carry your resilience with you.
