Join us for a very special outdoor yoga class nestled right in the heart of Finn’s blooming garden. Surrounded by summer’s peak color and fragrance, we’ll move through a gentle flow and stretch sequence designed to awaken the senses and ground the body in the beauty of the present moment.

We’ll close with a flower trataka meditation—an ancient yogic practice of focused gazing—to cultivate stillness, clarity, and inner radiance.

After class, stay for a refreshing glass of iced tea and a little time to wander, mingle, and share space in the garden with our yoga community.  

Price includes the special class offering & some delightful & refreshing Harney & Sons Iced Teas! Space is limited for this one-of-a-kind gathering. Please bring your own mat and a curious heart. Address will be sent upon registration!
