Discover a holistic approach to better sleep in this restorative workshop designed to help you unwind, reset, and rest deeply. While sipping some deepy relaxing herbal tea, Explore how your daily choices influence sleep quality, identify habits that interfere with rest, learn practical tools for improving sleep hygiene, and experiment with nighttime routines that support calm and balance. We’ll incorporate techniques for quieting the mind, including a guided yoga nidra meditation for deep relaxation. You’ll leave with insights and practices to bring more ease, awareness, and restfulness into your days and nights.
About the Instructor:
Meredith Ian has been a student of yoga for over 20 years, is a graduate of the Heart & Soul Yoga School YTT course at Soulworks, and is a certified holistic wellness coach. She integrates mindfulness and somatic awareness into her coaching and teaching practices to support living a joyful, authentic life. Inspired by nature and yoga philosophy, Meredith creates space for reflection, balance, and transformation—whether on the mat, in coaching, or in everyday life.
