This retreat is exclusively hosted by and conducted by The Pranayama Group L.L.C. dba The Bridge Yoga, BCS.

Enjoy 6 nights at Pura Vida Eco Retreat Center 

Most of the rooms are an open air style with three walls and rooftop, allowing for a view of the ocean and jungle - which offers security, privacy, and fresh unpolluted air. Beds are fitted with organic metal-free mattresses, organic, hypoallergenic pillows, organic bed sheets and mosquito nets. Rooms have private bathrooms that are equipped with a waterfall shower, hot water, and natural stone and tile details.

All rooms are reserved for double occupancy (2 queen beds per room). For a single private booking, please reach out to Kelli at thebridgeyogabcs@gmail.com to request an upgrade of $200. 

Your retreat booking includes the following:

-6 nights accomodations

-2 meals a day (all breakfasts + either lunch or dinner) which are primarily organic and vegetarian (with vegan options), and always wholesome and nourishing prepared by local chefs on site at Pura Vida. 

-daily yoga, meditation, and mantra practice (all mats and props are provided)
-an offer to opt-in to a 1-1 yoga or meditation session with Kelli during the retreat.
-a cacao ceremony for New Year's
-guided excursions to the 2 Yelapa waterfalls
-access to a Temazcal
-access to snorkel equipment 
-a special event to celebration New Year's in Mexico

Your booking does not include:
-Air Transport to Puerto Vallarta
-Water taxi to/from Yelapa (~$20 each way)
-1 meal on your own daily in the village (prices are very reasonable and this allows us to support the local business owners)
-other excursions you may want to participate in
