Join us for a heart-opening Summer Solstice Celebration as we honor the longest day of the year with movement, music, and meaningful connection. This special event is a collaboration between Shanti Yoga Center and KPower Yoga, coming together to share the love and joy of our collective yoga practice at our favorite location: Milk and Honey Ciders in St. Joe.

Why We Celebrate the Solstice
The Summer Solstice, the day when the sun reaches its highest point in the sky, symbolizes light, abundance, growth, and renewal. It’s a powerful time to set intentions, connect with nature, and ignite inner transformation. Across cultures, solstice celebrations honor the life-giving power of the sun and invite us to reflect on the balance of light and shadow in our own lives.

The Experience
Our gathering will begin with the traditional practice of 108 Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar), a moving meditation that honors the sun’s energy, builds inner fire, and encourages mental clarity and endurance. This will be a shared journey, led by instructors from both studios, offering options and modifications for all levels.

Ambient Soundscape with ShaamaahS
As we transition from movement to stillness, immerse yourself in a performance of  “Sounds Of Himalaya” an Ambient Soundscape. Let the healing vibrations wash over you, promoting deep relaxation and inner peace.

Rejuvenation Ritual with Rugged Wellness
Before and after the flow, experience contrast therapy with our Ice Bath and Sauna setup, a powerful way to invigorate the body, boost circulation, and enhance recovery. A perfect way to ground and integrate your solstice intentions.
