What is Transformational Breath®?
Transformational Breath® is a full diaphragmatic conscious
connected breathing technique that integrates
emotions/thoughts/memories at the cellular level. It uses
sound, movement, acupressure and affirmations to support the
breathwork. This holistic practice facilitates emotional
release, fosters personal growth, and enhances mental clarity.
Through conscious breathing, participants experience a deeper
connection with themselves, allowing for greater self-awareness and

Workshop Overview
During this engaging 2-hour workshop, you will:

- Experience a Guided Breath Session: Participate in a guided

How to prepare:
• wear comfortable, loose, layered clothing including
socks (no jeans/belts, activewear ideal)
• no heavy meals in the two hours before
• bring a notepad, as you may wish to journal
