A 4-week morning practice series to transform how you meet the
day. August 7th-28th, 2025. This 4 week morning practice can be
attended In Person or Virtually.
Once a week through the summer, you’ll be guided through a soulful
blend of pranayama (breathwork), hatha/slow flow yoga, guided
journaling, and yoga nidra or meditation.
Each session offers new meditations, movement, and prompts—crafted
to deepen your relationship with stillness, intention, and your
inner landscape.
This is your invitation to slow down, root in presence, and shape
your morning with clarity, heart, and embodied awareness.
The price includes all 4 weeks and a journal.
Instructions Spéciales :
This is a four consecutive week course experience.

Our studio provides mats & other Yoga props. You can bring your own if you wish.
We are not able to accomodate make ups/alternatives for any missed sessions.
