Kristy & Michelle are back and ready to lead you in a Summer Solstice celebration!

Please join us in community to salute the sun and honor the season.  Kristy will lead us in some sun salutations and gentle movement to get the energy flowing.  Michelle will share her fun energy with dance and hold a strawberry tea ceremony with intention setting.  We will finish the workshop with meditation and some reiki infused restorative rest. This practice is suitable for all levels.
