Yoga Buddies is a playful, connection-focused yoga class for kids ages 5–8 and their favorite grown-up—parent, grandparent, aunt, uncle, or caregiver.

Together, you’ll move through yoga poses, partner stretches, balance games, and gentle breathing. We’ll wrap things up with a short rest so everyone leaves feeling calm, connected, and proud.

A fun, lighthearted yoga class designed to spend quality time together, learning connection through movement, games, and calming techniques.

Who: Ages 5–8 with one adult per child

What to bring: Water + comfy clothes (mats available, but if you have one please bring it)

Space is limited—because good things are better when they’re cozy
