Summer is the time of year when we feel most energized and full of life. Things move quickly as we grow and evolve. While this season is fruitful, it can also drain us. 

Taking time to step away from the busyness of our lives to slow down and connect with nature can be a quite powerful way to rest and restore. Gift yourself this day at Pathways Arboretum in Crete, IL, to practice yoga and nourish your body, mind, and spirit.

Your day away from it all includes:  

• a 4-hour outdoor yoga retreat
• an intuitive Oracle card-reading
• breathwork and meditation
• two 50-minute yoga practices
• a light lunch, water, and tea
• a limited edition essential oil blend

This retreat will take place at Pathways Arboretum in Crete, IL. Detailed instructions will be emailed out the Friday before the retreat. Registration closes on Friday, July 25th at 3:30 pm. Should the weather be inclement, the rain date will be scheduled for Sunday, August 3rd.

If you are unable to attend, you will be eligible for a deferral credit toward a future session of equal value. No refunds will be issued. If you have any food allergies or sensitivities, please let us know upon your registration.
