This 4-week journey is designed to support girls ages 10–14 in discovering their inner strength, confidence, and voice through the healing practices of yoga, mindfulness, and self-care. Each week, we’ll gather in a supportive and welcoming space to explore themes of empowerment, resilience, and self-love.

Through gentle yoga and mindful movement, girls will learn to connect with their bodies in a way that feels safe, strong, and nourishing. We’ll introduce tools like meditation, self-Reiki, sound healing, and journaling to help them calm their minds, process emotions, and cultivate a deeper sense of self-awareness and compassion.

Each session will include:

• Empowering yoga sequences that encourage strength, balance, and confidence

• Self-Reiki and grounding techniques to support emotional well-being

• Sound healing experiences with crystal bowls, chimes, and more

• Mindful meditations for focus, relaxation, and self-trust

• Journaling prompts to explore identity, values, and dreams

• Open circle time for connection, sharing, and community building

Together, we’ll celebrate what it means to be both rooted and radiant—to move through the world with kindness, courage, and authenticity.

No experience is necessary—just an open heart and willingness to explore. All identities are welcome.

This 4-week series is designed as a cumulative experience, with each session building on the previous one to support connection, growth, and empowerment. We strongly encourage participants to attend all five sessions to receive the full benefits of the program.
