All aspects of Yoga are for everyone and every body including the ability to participate in a Yoga Teacher Training. Whether you have never practiced before, are new, or have a consistent practice, you can further deepen your knowledge of yoga and learn how to apply ancient philosophy and wisdom to your every day life as well as be able to effectively hold space and offer guidance to lead others in their own journey.

Yoga Shala offers a Yoga Alliance accredited 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training, upholding the highest ethical standards in teaching yoga. 

Following the Standards Guidelines, Trainees will learn:

-Techniques, Training, Practice

-Anatomy & Physiology

-Yoga Humanities

-Professional Essentials 

Upon completion of the program, Trainees will be able to register with Yoga Alliance.

Fridays 5-8PM

Saturdays 7:30AM-4:30PM

Sundays 10:30AM-4:30PM

Small breaks and lunch breaks are given throughout training days.

Cost of the Program:

-Incentive Pricing $3000 before August 1st

-After August 1st $3500

Upon Registration, a $500 non refundable deposit is required to secure your spot.

Full Payment is due at the start of the training September 5th.

Additional Materials:

A book list will be provided with required reading as well as optional reading choices. The cost of books are Trainees responsibility. Approximate cost varies from $10-100.

Upon registration and full payment, Trainees will receive a bound curriculum and access to online support.
