For devoted students of yoga, learn how teacher training can not only prepare you to teach a wide variety of styles, but also deepen your understanding of yoga from spirituality, philosophy, physiology, and strengthen your own practices as you discover our 200 Hour program.

Teachers who have been teaching for at least a year are called to fortify their teaching skills and step into the role of mentor and lead teacher, while learning more in depth all things yoga in an effort to practice and teach holistically, attending to mind body and soul in our 300 Hour program.

Our info sessions are welcome to all, whether you are curious or seriously considering this exciting next step.

Info sessions will be held after class in the reception area, with a handout you can take with you, fellow students to chat with, and light refreshments.
