This Gentle Flow class takes place in one of our salt caves. The class is led by certified yoga instructor Vanessa of @beautifully.conscious  You will also get the extra benefit of halotherapy during the class which aids in reducing inflammation, clearing up sinus/allergy and skin issues not to mention improved sleep.
