This 3-day training led by Kate Benoot is designed to give yoga teachers, practitioners, and individuals the tools to responsibly and compassionately hold space for communities and people that have been impacted by trauma. Through understanding the practice of breath and body movement, learning the science and anatomy of our brain and nervous system, you will learn valuable, research-backed tools to help heal and release trauma in the body and mind, break through limiting beliefs and patterns, and access greater resiliency, confidence, self-worth and empowerment.
