The Fit & Refined Project is a 4-week transformation program designed to help you reclaim your energy, build strength, and feel more confident—without extreme workouts or impossible diets!

What's included:

• Kick Off Event:  Friday, May 30.  Get the challenge breakdown and set yourself up for success
• Nutrition guidance that will fit any dietary needs, focusing on energy, sustainability, and overall health!
• Workouts - build out a workout plan focused on getting in steps, strength training all while focusing on flexibility to suit your lifestyle 
• Weekly workshops - each week learn a new addition to add to your challenge.  This approach allows you to work on something for a whole week, before adding to your plan to help improve your success and maintain your motivations 
• Access to your Macro Coach and Nutritionist - support is so important, especially if you're actively making changes - reach out any time for support via email from the Macro Coach.
