This class is perfect for kids who are newer to aerial or still building comfort and confidence in the hammock. Through playful movement, imaginative sequences, and skill-building games, students will explore basic poses, supported inversions, climbing techniques, and simple transitions in the air.

We focus on developing strength, body awareness, and listening skills—all while having fun! Kids will learn how to move safely and creatively in the hammock, laying the foundation for more advanced skills down the road.

This class is welcoming, upbeat, and supportive—ideal for curious movers who are ready to explore the joy of flight.

No prior experience needed. Students may stay in this class for multiple sessions as they gain consistency and readiness to move into the Flyers level.

Please remember to wear comfortable clothing, bring a water bottle, and be ready to have FUN!

Our cancellation policy for our kids series is a 3 week notice for a full credit on your coast flow account, or a refund to your credit card minus a $20 admin fee. Please note that we do not accept cancelations with less than three weeks notice. If you cancel less than three weeks before the start of the session, you will not get a refund.
