Join us for a transformative 50-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training designed to blend accessibility, flexibility, and depth- set against the stunning natural backdrop of British Columbia’s Sunshine Coast. 

This hybrid training includes 20 hours of online learning (completed over four weeks) and a 30-hour in person retreat-style intensive at our welcoming studio on the Coast. Whether you’re a yoga teacher looking to expand your offerings or a dedicated student seeking a deeper understanding of Yin, this training is designed to meet you where you are. 

What’s Included:

Online Learning (20 hours)

One live weekly cohort call (1 hour) Wednesday evenings

A guided Yin practice each week (1 hour)

Pre- recorded content on theory, anatomy, energetics and teaching skills (3 hours/week)

In Person Immersion (28 hours)

Held at our peaceful studio on the Sunshine Coast

Daily nourishing meal included by little spoon

Time to connect, reflect, learn, and integrate

Taught by experienced Yoga Therapists and senior teachers with a passion for supportive, evidence-informed teaching

Come experience the beauty of the Coast- forests, beaches, and ocean air- in a setting that feels like a retreat from the everyday. This training is accessible to teachers and students from all traditions, and we warmly welcome those joining us from off-Coast with recommendations for local accommodations and travel.

If you inform us before the commencement of the training, we'll gladly accommodate your request to defer your participation to the next available training session.
