Grab your partner or your best friend for a night of yoga, connection, and fun! Partner yoga combines yoga and Thai massage into a powerful partner practice. Its emphasis on verbal and non-verbal communication builds trust, strengthens relationships, and awakens the playful child in all of us. Each partner will have the opportunity to give and receive in this feel-good class. You may be surprised by how much deeper you can sink into stretches and release tension with your partner's help.
