Cancellation Policies:

• Cancellation 90 days prior to the retreat: 100% of the amount paid is applied to NSR account to be used for retreats or trainings within two years.

• Cancellation 90 or less days prior to the retreat: 75% of payment is non-refundable. The remainder is applied to NSR account to be used for retreats or trainings within two years.

• Room release can be made without any additional fees to apply than the paid amount by that time, by 19th of March 2026

   

• Between the dates 20th of March - 19th of May 2026,  you can release up to 2 rooms without any additional fees to apply than the paid amount by that time.

Responsibilities:

• It is the attendees' responsibility to check their reservation and ensure that the particulars contained therein are correct.

• Package price does not include airfare, personal insurance or gratuities.

• It is the attendees' responsibility to ensure that he/she has all relevant travel documentation and arrives at the airport in time for his/her flight.

• NSR can accept no responsibility for delay or cancellation of any flights, train, buses or other forms of transport.

• It is recommended that all attendees have adequate travel, cancellation, and medical insurance for the duration of the trip. Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover your costs in the event of any unforeseen changes in your travel plans, as we are not able to offer refunds under any circumstances. We cannot emphasize enough how important it is to have travel insurance to protect yourself should anything unexpected arise.

• Due to teacher cancellations or other situations beyond our control, NSR reserves the right to change bookings and shall inform the attendee as soon as possible. Alternative arrangements will be offered but we do not accept responsibility for any costs incurred.
