New Moon Manifesting - November Offering

This New Moon gathering invites you to align with the moon and experience your own inner clarity. Together, we’ll create space to separate the noise from the knowing — to clear the inner clutter that disconnects you from your body and heart, and make room for thoughtful reflection, aligned choices, and more honest self-expression.

Untangle the thoughts pulling you in different directions, and reconnect with what you truly want to communicate and commit to in the cycle ahead.

The New Moon invites us to reset — not just to begin again, but to begin with intention. Journaling helps give shape to scattered ideas. Breath and movement support focus and integration. Restorative stillness allows the quieter, wiser voice within to be heard — offering perspective, clarity, and deeper self-awareness.

About Pamela: 

Pamela has been in a leader in the wellness world for the past 15 years. During this time she has worked with professional athletes, post operative patients, those with severe injuries and pathologies and special populations. Her knowledge expands into the realm of heart centered practices and she is a certified personal trainer, 500hr YYT certified yoga instructor, mindfulness coach and meditation facilitator,  a celebrated public speaker, presenter and host of transformational retreat experiences across the globe.
