Book Choice: The Lost Story by Meg Schaffer 

Genre: Fiction/ Fantasy

This book club will be 4 weeks long for Mondays in January. Every Monday evening we will meet, listen to short clips of the audio book and practice yin yoga. 

In the weeks between classes you will be assigned certain chapters to read on your own. After each class we will have time to discuss the reading. 

Once you sign up for the first class you will automatically be enrolled into all  4 weeks, if you can't make a week of class thats ok, we will be starting a book club group chat on the app “Bookclubs” and updating it weekly with where we left off each week so you know where to read. Everyone will receive an email invite to the app a few days before our first class.

Yin yoga props will be provided by the instructor and this book club will be held on Mondays evenings If you have your own props please feel free to bring your own!

Audiobook Excerpt Policy – Vibe Yoga Lab

*During class, we play short 3–5 minute audiobook excerpts with pauses for poses and discussion. Occasionally, multiple clips may add up to a full chapter, but students are expected to finish the chapter on their own using their own copy of the book or audiobook. Clips are for in-class discussion only and are not recorded or shared outside class. This approach allows everyone to enjoy excerpts safely while respecting copyright.
