Join Amanda, Remedial Massage Therapist and our resident Yoga & Pilates instructor, for a nurturing workshop designed to bring ease and comfort back into your upper body, neck, shoulders, and spine.

You'll be guided through a series of self-release and mobility techniques using the massage balls and some gentle stretches — helping to relieve tight muscles, improve circulation, restore healthy movement patterns, and support long-term posture and comfort.

In this workshop, you will:

· Ease tension in common stress areas
· Release knots and tight muscles
· Counteract the effects of “desk posture”
· Learn simple strategies to reduce tension headaches
· Experience greater freedom and comfort in your movement

This is your time to pause, unwind, and give your body the care it deserves — with tools you can continue to use well beyond the session.

Every participant will also receive a take-home DIY stretch & release routine to continue supporting your posture, comfort, and wellbeing in daily life.

Important: This workshop involves guided self-massage using therapy balls and floor-based release techniques. It is best suited for those who feel comfortable with this style of deep tissue release, and who are able to lie on their sides, front and back. Welcoming women during the first trimester of pregnancy with GP clearance.
