Unleash Your Inner Warrior Goddess: A 6-Week Immersive Journey

This is your invitation to take bold action and claim the life and power that are yours by birthright. Join us for a transformative six-week Warrior Goddess Training workshop at Zen Heart Center, starting October 2, 2025. Together, we’ll strip away the conditioning, the self-doubt, and the distractions, stepping fully into the fierce, radiant, authentic women we are destined to become.

Some core themes we will explore:

INNER CRITIC & SELF LOVE

It’s time to silence the voice that tells you you’re not enough. In this workshop, we will identify and challenge negative self-talk, cultivating a deeper sense of self-compassion and acceptance. This is about learning to love yourself—wholly, deeply, and unconditionally.

AUTHENTICITY

The truth is, you’ve been conditioned to shrink. Now, it’s time to step into your true power. We will dive into embracing your true nature, shedding the masks and societal expectations, and learning to express yourself fully and authentically. No more pretending. You are enough, just as you are.

SACRED FEMININE ENERGY

Connect deeply with the creative, nurturing, and powerful aspects of your feminine energy. We’ll explore how to tap into the flow of your inner wisdom and strength, reclaiming the sacred feminine energy that has always been your birthright. This is about owning your capacity to create, nurture, and empower.

PERSONAL POWER

This workshop will teach you to claim agency in your life. You’ll learn to set boundaries, speak your truth, and reclaim your personal power. No longer will you give away your energy or allow others to dictate your worth. This is about standing tall in your truth and becoming the woman you were always meant to be.

SHADOW WORK

The shadow isn't something to fear. In fact, it’s an integral part of your wholeness. Together, we’ll examine and integrate those seemingly negative aspects of the self, turning them into sources of strength, wisdom, and empowerment. By embracing your shadow, you’ll unlock a deeper sense of balance and completeness.

Our safe and sacred gatherings will take place at Zen Heart Center on Thursdays 7:00pm - 9:00pm for a total of six gatherings, each lasting approximately 2 hours.

Sharing of yourself and your energy will inspire and elevate the group experience and your own personal growth. That's OK. ***However,if you know in advance you will miss more than one gathering, you should consider waiting for the next immersive.
