We will begin our day with calming meditation session at the Ventura beach followed by a refreshing hike to awaken our senses.

Then we meet in Ojai at “Move Sanctuary” to go on a healing journey that encompasses intentionsetting, soothing CBD Tea that will help relax both body and mind. You will be guided through a variety of practices, including:

• Somatic Yoga
• Breath work
• Chanting
• Guided Nidra
• Soundbath 
• CBD infused massage
