We will begin our day with calming mediation session at the Ventura beach followed by a refreshing hike to awaken our senses.

After that we meet in Ojai at “Move Sanctuary” to go on a healing journey that encompasses intentionsetting, soothing CBD Tea that will help relax both body and mind. You will be guided through a variety of practices, including:
• Somatic Yoga
• Breathwork and Chanting
• Guided Nidra and Soundbath
• CBD-infused Massage

Dress comfortably (bring extra clothing if you like to change after the beach). Bring notebook, pen, blanket and pillow.
