Objective
Deepen your self awareness and your yoga or meditation practice by diving into the subtle body.
Mind, body, spirit is the tagline of the yoga practice and what we aim to touch for full awareness and wholeness. But how do you start to incorporate the spirit into your practice and daily life? How do you find true understanding of your subtle body and electromagnetic field without getting lost in the woowoo?
If you're looking to gain an understanding of the teachings surrounding the chakras; as well as, the recent science and how they tie into your physical body and emotions, this course is for you. You'll not only learn the information, but we'll meditate and move the body in exploration of each chakra, so you can personally experience your energy body; how it affects you and how to work with it in practical ways.

About Your Teacher
Brooke is an ERYT 500 + YACEP, Sound Healer, and Reiki Master with 13 years of teaching experience and 26 years of practice and esoteric study. A practice that began when she realized that she has a sensitivity to energy that no one around her could understand or explain. She's passionate about sharing practical tools that greatly enhance wellbeing, and helping others on their journey to healing and wholeness.
