This immersive introduction to yoga designed to get you up to speed—quickly, safely, and with lasting impact. You’ll meet three times each week and engage with a full spectrum of tools to support your learning: live practices, posture clinics, recorded classes, and weekly conceptual breakdowns.
This isn’t just about doing more yoga—it’s about learning better through all spectrums, retaining more, and building a strong foundation from the inside out. It is a comprehensive intensive for serious learners and those willing to take a dive into kickstarting your practice back alive or marking a new one altogether.
Each Week, You Will Have:

2 live practices to build skills, consistency, and comfort in the poses - getting multiple teachers perspectives.

1 guided recorded practice for you to repeat and internalize what you’ve learned

Posture Clinic where we slow down, break down essential shapes, and explore how to adapt them for your body

Conceptual Content (short talks & discussions) to give you the “why” behind what you're doing—covering breath, alignment, nervous system regulation, yogic principles, and more
This series will start from square one. As such, it is ideal for those who have never practiced yoga even if you don’t even know what yoga is. It is the “Cadilac Package” of our Beginner I Series to give those who want it a more comprehensive experience. This may be for you if you:
